Classy Cravings is a home-based bakery creating handcrafted cakes and desserts for life's sweetest moments.

What began with a simple love for baking slowly grew into something more meaningful — a journey filled with learning, late nights, celebrations and the privilege of becoming part of our customers' special moments.

At Classy Cravings, we believe a cake is more than just dessert. It can mark a birthday, celebrate a milestone, bring people together or simply make an ordinary day feel a more special.

Meet Balqis

Hi, I'm Balqis, the baker and founder behind Classy Cravings.

People often see the finished cake — beautifully decorated and ready for a celebration. What they don't always see are the failed batches, the late nights, the countless hours of learning and the moments when giving up felt easier.

Through this journey, I realised that passion isn't only about enjoying what you do. Passion is choosing to keep going, learning and improving even when things become difficult. That belief continues to shape Classy Cravings today.

Every cake I create carries a little part of that journey, and it is always an honour when our desserts become part of your celebrations.

Q: Are your cakes ready stock?
A: Classy Cravings is a made-to-order bakery and we do not have daily ready-stock cakes. Ready-stock items may occasionally be announced through our social media platforms.

Q: Can I walk in and purchase a cake?
A: No. Classy Cravings is a home-based bakery and does not operate as a walk-in cake shop. All orders must be placed and confirmed in advance.

Q: How early should I place my order?
A: We recommend placing your order at least 3–5 days in advance. Earlier booking is highly recommended for custom cakes, dessert tables, bulk orders and peak dates.

Q: Where is Classy Cravings located?
A: We are located in Saujana Utama, Selangor. Full self-collection details will be provided upon order confirmation.

Q: Do you provide delivery?
A: Yes. Delivery may be arranged depending on the delivery location and availability. Delivery charges are calculated separately based on the delivery location.

Q: Can I self-collect my order?
A: Yes. Self-collection is available by appointment only. Your confirmed collection time and details will be provided before your order date.

Q: Do you accept custom cake orders?
A: Yes, we accept selected custom cake orders based on design requirements and availability. Please share theme, references, size, and preferred flavour.

Q: How do I confirm my order?
A: Your order or booking is only confirmed once the required payment has been made. Submitting an enquiry does not automatically reserve your preferred date.

Delivery & Collection

Self-Collection Info

Classy Cravings is a home-based, made-to-order bakery located in Saujana Utama, Selangor. Self-collection is available by appointment only. Customers are kindly requested to arrive at the agreed collection time.

Delivery Info

Delivery may be arranged depending on the location and availability. Delivery charges are calculated separately based on the delivery location.

*While we will do our best to arrange delivery according to the requested timing, delays caused by traffic, weather or other circumstances outside our control may occur.

Cake Handling Guidelines:

Once your cake has been collected or delivered, please handle it with care.
Keep the cake on a flat and stable surface.
When travelling by car, we recommend placing the cake on the vehicle floor rather than on a seat.
Avoid direct sunlight and excessive heat. Follow storage instructions provided.

Welcome to Classy Cravings. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Orders

All products are freshly baked to order and subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Payments

Full payment or the required deposit must be made to secure your order.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable once an order has been confirmed. Cancellation requests made after production has begun are not eligible for a refund.

4. Allergies

Our products may contain milk, eggs, wheat, soy, tree nuts, and peanuts. Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies before placing an order.
